Les solutions informatiques de roda font partie intégrante d'un large éventail de systèmes liés à la défense ou à la sécurité qui fonctionnent dans un environnement de déploiement durci. Ces systèmes ont souvent une durée de vie planifiée de cinq ans jusqu'à parfois vingt ans.

Par exemple, un planning fiable constitue une bonne base pour gérer des projets informatiques à long terme. Cela inclut une garantie de fourniture de pièces de rechange de 5 ans minimum après la dernière livraison et un cycle de vie du produit d'au moins 3 ans. De plus, il y a des messages officiels de fin de vie (EOL) avec un Last-time-to-Buy (LTB) ultérieur.

Cette gamme de services va bien au-delà des obligations normales découlant de la garantie légale ou dépasse les services habituels d'un fournisseur lambda de matériel informatique.
